  • Conscious Communication

    Open, direct, and conscious communication is key for any team to thrive. Dive into an informative and practical workshop learning critical tools of active listening, boundary setting, direct and clear communication, confrontation management tools and building better trust in a workplace. A safe place to start to share and gague staffing issues with the support of a meditor.

    This gives the team a chance to gain some skills and can be coupled with 1:1 support for people or conflict meditation and further support in discussions with difficult interactions.

  • Stress & Burnout Management

    Recognising and managing signs of burnout helps your teams work better together, prevents absentees, and keeps your staff motivated and creative. This 2-hour workshop introduces key foundations of stress management and discussed the signs of burnout and ways to manage this.

    THe interactive workshop can also be a safe way for management to gauge where their team is at and have a trained mediator helping the team to share their needs in high-stress environments to help you understand your staff better and improve team culture.

  • Holistic Well-being

    An informative, interactive workshop to provide staff with education on the latest well-being practices, including breathwork techniques, triggering recognition, and nervous system research. Each participant will come away from the workshop with a roadmap for their well-being priorities and actionable steps to implement their well-being goals in and outside of work. This is a great way to engage staff in their well-being and provide additional training to attract and retain talent.

    For managers this is also a safe way to gauge the needs of staff through attendance or anonymous feedback.

Workshops are a great way to engage the team with educational material as well as open a space for discussion.

Managers can be present for the workshop or receive feedback from me after the session based on the nature of the organisation and it’s struggles. Sometimes it is more beneficial to have an outside meditator engage with staff and understand their needs and bring these to managers.

All workshops are personalised to the organisation and objectives set prior to commencing the workshop.

There are many factors creating significant pressure on teams and staff at this time.

Social anxiety and general anxiety is on the rise as economic pressures and changes from COVID significantly impact people. When staff are in a state of triggering or stress, this decreases the ability to work as a team, to think creatively, and to manage confrontation in healthy ways. One thing you can do as an employer, is to support your staff reducing stress and provide the education space for them to learn how to manage stress and their nervous system.

This is possible through a specifically tailored package for businesses with in-house breathwork and meditation sessions for staff as a group and education about triggering, stress, and the nervous system.

These are available in-person and online for businesses of all sizes.

The process for getting support

Each organisation has different needs, and my services are bespoke to the organisations size, needs and location.

Therefore, contacting me and sharing about what you are looking for gives me some information and we will begin with a discovery session. This can be done in-person or online depending on location. This is a free, obligation-free session where we discuss potential issues and needs of your business.

I will then develop a proposal for your business’s needs and provide costing options.

If you accept the proposal then training and support will be undertaken once a deposit is made. Billing beyond this can be done up-front or invoiced monthly.
